 Zhongda has a complete range of Prep Stations are designed for satisfying the needs of virtually all body shop. The Prep station are designed for the remove all of dust from the work area. They are capable of exhausting filtered air to the outside or recycling filtered air back into the body shop environment. As with all Zhongda products, our Prep Station maintains a high level of safety and performance, together with top quality construction and materials. Zhongda Prep Station are available with the air handling unit mounted at either the end or the side. If unable to construct an in-ground pit, it is recommended the installation of semi downdraft unit which houses the paint stop filters in a lift-out frame, the filters can be easily changed in just minutes, or use metal basement with the paint stop filters installed in the raised floor. In-ground pit models have the paint stop filters installed in the pit. A full overhead plenum with fluorescent is standard on all models.
